Purple-Team members are integrated as reinforcements to your organisation’s resources to achieve the objectives set and contractually agreed by F2SI, particularly in terms of operational delivery.

The Purple-Team Expert Services team is made up of people such as :
– Project manager
– Technical contributors (Architect, Specialists)
– Experts.

Project manager :
The Purple-Team project manager monitors the project from the kick-off meeting to the signature of the acceptance form. He sets up and manages the schedule during the various phases of the project. It is the coordinator between your organisation and our stakeholders.

Consultant :
The Purple-Team engineer takes charge of the start-up and integration phases, parameterisation, mock-ups, pilots and progressive production start-up, right through to the final acceptance of the project.

Technical expert:
The on-site technician installs solutions, upgrades, configures and deploys them.
